All cancellation request must be sent in writing to our customer service email. Failure to do so may consider as no show and “No Refund”. Cancellations within 48 hours of the ride will be billed 25% of the price quoted in the contract,
Cancellation within 24 hrs. of the ride start time will be billed 100% and no refund will be granted.
No show will also be charged 100%.
Arrival on Airport: Your driver will be waiting in parking area and not be standing with name signage due to strict policy at Saudi Arabian Airports. You must contact provided driver Saudi number and or contact customer service of Umrahlimo in case you do not find driver. Some case, you may have to walk to Parking Area as per driver instructions as many cases parking in pickup area not permitted.
Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office.
Pickup from Hotel.
Please communicate with your driver minimum 6 hours prior to pickup time. Provide him location using whatsapp location feature.
You must leave 6 hours minimum before your flight time. You must know your terminal number. Umrahlimo or its affiliates not responsible for missing flight or any portion of service.
Why do you charge a late cancellation fee? When you make a reservation, we ensure that a chauffeur and vehicle are reserved just for you and blocked from receiving any additional work. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.
